Happy E-Waste Day! 🌎
Today, I am beyond proud to share something truly incredible — Governor Maura Healey of Massachusetts officially proclaimed October 14th as E-Waste Day across the state! 🏛

This proclamation means the world to me because it shows how powerful one idea can be when people come together. My goal with Pennies for Penguins and The E-Waste Revolution has always been to inspire every city, county, and state to recognize E-Waste Day — and Massachusetts has now become one of the first states to take this bold step.
This moment reminds us that when we raise our voices for the planet, leaders listen. 🌱 Together, we are building awareness around the dangers of e-waste and encouraging everyone to recycle old electronics safely.
I want to give a huge thank you to Governor Healey and her amazing team for believing in this mission — and to everyone who has supported E-Waste Day along the way.
💚 Let’s keep spreading the message that small actions truly can create big change.
